Weddings and event planning have always been Kristy’s forte. She has been blessed with an innate ability to make dreams come true, through her impeccable style and attention to detail. Clients have always commented on Kristy’s ability to translate the twists and turns of the industry in an easily digestible way.  Known for her effortless elegance and executing bespoke weddings with no expense spared, Kristy is renowned for her calmness amongst the chaos.

It is through Kristy’s passion for romance and her relentless pursuit for excellence, that Flaire Events was born in 2010. In 2020, Kristy’s style and level of execution grew to an unrivalled level, prompting a rebrand to K & CO Events.

An expert in the industry, Kristy’s career has seen 13 years within the hospitality industry and 10 years within the wedding industry. Her talent for transforming an event to extraordinary has seen her grace roles at the Hyatt Regency, Qualia Resort on Hamilton Island, C Restaurant, the Crown Resorts in Perth, Caversham House and Fraser’s Events & Catering in Kings Park.

A problem-solver by nature, Kristy lives for those speechless moments. She adores guiding each couple through their unique journey and ensures that the experience is truly reflective of them. Her extensive knowledge of the industry paired with her ability to make any situation calm; has become a highly sought-after trait by many client’s across Perth!
